Chocolate Tahini Protein Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp RAW tahini (never roasted)
  • 1 cup nut/seed milk
  • 1 raw egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp glycine
  • 2.5 grams creatine powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 scoop Designs for Health paleo protein powder
  • 1 handful fresh arugula
  • 1 frozen green banana

Procedure

Combine all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy all the benefits of this cellular supportive smoothie!
